After a 17-year career in the New South Wales Police Force, and after prosecuting thousands of criminal and traffic matters in both Griffith and Sydney, Piers started Blomfield Legal in 2015.
He has personally run matters in the Local Court, District Court and Supreme Court of New South Wales appearing for the defence in thousands of sentence matters and hearings. He is on a number of Legal Aid panels for criminal law and appears in Court daily.
Piers attends Courts all over the Riverina on a regular basis as well as Sydney and Canberra and is a highly experienced advocate. He holds Bachelor’s degrees in Arts and Laws. A Diploma of Policing, Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and a Master of Laws in Criminal Prosecutions.

Paul has had a 17 year career in the New South Wales Police Force. He spent 10 years as a prosecutor in busy metropolitan areas such as Bankstown and Central Sydney whilst overseeing and supervising other prosecutors as a Team Leader. He has been exposed to a raft of high level prosecutions ranging from Armed Robberies and Aggravated Break and Enters to simple assaults and RMS prosecutions.
Since leaving the Police as a Prosecutions Team Leader he has worked as a criminal defence lawyer for another established firm in the Riverina before joining Blomfield Legal in 2019. He is currently completing his Masters in Family Law and is a trained mediator in Dispute Resolution.
Chelsea is in the first year of a law and psychological science degree at Southern Cross University. She is originally from Leeton and runs the administrative aspects of the firm.

Julie has resided in Griffith all her life and is an intricate part of Blomfield Legal. Julie takes care of the reception area and assists with meeting clients needs in relation to Court times and making life a little bit easier for everyone.
